We are aware that some Temperions are currently facing difficulty connecting to game launcher. Do allow some time for developer to investigate and resolve this as soon as they can.

[Update] Issue has been resolved.
For Temperions who received the error message “Not Exist Patch Files”:
1. Uninstall and install with the Full game client (Version 2, v0.82).
2. Download patch file and run the file “RequiemManualPatch82_94.exe” after unzipping it.
To all who encountered difficulty after trying the solution above:
Please access to your Requiem:Alive folder, look out for the file “Version.dat”.
Open this file with a text program, e.g. Notepad, Wordpad. You will see the values of your client’s version, do enquire via iBox regarding the error and provide your client’s version number.
*Do NOT attempt to change any value, it may corrupt your client data.
