With E-wallet, @Cash top-up are stored in your @Global ID as an unified @Cash. This deposition will last for a period of 365 days from the date of top-up and expires if they are not use within the stipulated timeframe.

After various feedbacks and discussions, we have enabled top-up of different Singapore/Malaysia @Cash denominations and launched smaller denominations of Requiem Game Cash for Temperions’ convenience. Temperions will need to convert their @Cash into Requiem Game Cash by selecting “Buy Game Cash”.

To convert your @Cash into Requiem Game Cash, please follow the step-by-step guide below:

       
1. Login into your @Global ID


       
2. Your current @Cash balance will be reflected under “Billing Information”. Click on ‘Top up’ button to top up @Cash.


       
3. Enter your Prepaid-card Serial Number, Security Code and the code shown in the image, then click on ‘Submit’.


       
4. A confirmation window will be shown, click on ‘Yes’ if you wish to proceed with the amount stated.


       
5. After a successful top up, transaction details and item code (for Prepaid-card promotion only) will be shown. Players are advised to save a copy of these information for reference.
Select ‘Buy Game Cash’ to obtain in-game Cash Shop currency.


       
6. After clicking on ‘Buy Game Cash’ button, you are required to select the game to utilize your @Cash on.


       
7. Different Game Cash denominations will be provided, select the amount of Game Cash you wish to purchase.


       
8. Game Cash purchase confirmation will be shown, click on ‘OK’ after confirming the amount of Game Cash.


       
9. You will receive your E-pin after a successful purchase of Game Cash. Players are advised to save a copy of these details for safekeeping or reference purpose.

1. Is Singapore/Malaysia @Cash still restricted to 10,000 and 30,000 for top-up?
No, with E-wallet Temperions can top-up any denominations of Singapore/Malaysia @Cash.

2. When will my @Cash expire?
@Cash expiry dates are stated at the back of each Prepaid-cards. However, expiry dates will be extended to 365 days from the date of top-up into your @Global E-wallet.

3. Does the conversation rate for Requiem Game Cash remains the same?
Yes, in addition to that, we have added smaller denominations of Requiem Game Cash to purchase with.
